Job DetailsLevel: EntryJob Location: Stamford, CT 06905Position Type: InternshipHow Do Summer Internships Work? Interns start mid-May and work until early August and work full-time (40 hours per week). Interns work full-time (40 hours per week). TLC provides flexible schedule options with various start times. Interns have the benefit of TLC’s hybrid schedule where they can work up to 3 days from home. There are opportunities for Interns to continue after the summer on a part-time basis dependent upon performance and school schedule. Responsibilities: The Intern will work at applying academic education to assigned tasks on real projects of all sizes and types from concept to completion of construction. They are provided on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced engineers to encourage learning the basics of acoustical modeling and testing. Qualifications: Current student pursuing an accredited bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, acoustical engineering, architectural engineering, etc. Desire to pursue a career in acoustical consulting Ability to work full time (40 hours per week) during the summer / co-op Computer software knowledge or ability to learn, as appropriate
