We are passionate about our work and committed to delivering high-quality design and installation services to our clients.       Summary Description:  The Interior Operations Manager oversees all interior maintenance and installation operations. This position requires excellence in service delivery, efficiency in crew deployment, and alignment with customer expectations across a portfolio of high-visibility accounts.    Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):  Lead and manage all day-to-day operations for interior plant maintenance and install crews  Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery across all interior accounts  Oversee scheduling, routing, and labor forecasting to maximize crew efficiency  Manage and mentor a team of technicians, crew leaders, and install specialists  Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction & proactive communication  Maintain inventory controls for plants, supplies, and maintenance materials  Drive quality assurance through routine site inspections and service audits  Partner with the Sales and Design teams to scope, schedule, and execute interior installs  Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and company policies  Monitor and improve job cost performance, productivity metrics, and operational KPIs      Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:    Deep understanding of plant care, irrigation systems, soil health, and hardscaping installation.  Knowledge of the operation, maintenance, and repair of landscaping equipment.  Through understanding safety regulations and industry best practices to ensure a safe work environment.  Familiarity with local landscape market trends, regional plant species, and regulatory environments.  Understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.   Ability to lead, train, and supervise field teams and subcontractors.  Proficiency in planning daily, weekly, and seasonal work schedules for multiple crews.  Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, management, and field crews.  Capability to use computer software for scheduling, inventory management, and reporting (e.g., MS Office, scheduling apps).  Ability to resolve on-site issues (e.g., equipment failure, unexpected site conditions) efficiently.  Skills in monitoring labor hours, material usage, and project costs to meet financial goals.   Ability to perform hands-on work, operate machinery, and work in varied weather conditions.  Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure on-time delivery.  Ability to represent the company to clients and ensure high-quality service.  Ability to analyze workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.        Level Requirements:   3+ years of experience in operations, horticulture, facility services, or Interiorscaping  Proven leadership in managing field crews and delivering high-touch service  Strong organizational and time-management skills  Experience with routing software, CRM/ERP systems (Aspire preferred), and inventory tools  Horticultural knowledge and plant care expertise strongly preferred  Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus  Must have a valid drivers license and maintain a clean driving record.  Benefits for Full Time Eligible Include:  Medical with contribution coverages on our health program as defined by plan  Dental as defined by plan  Vision as defined by plan  401K as defined by plan  Paid Holidays as defined by company policy  Personal Time Off (PTO) based on the accrual allotment as defined by the company policy    Physical Requirements:    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and/or hear.
