JOB TITLE: DASC Department TutorLOCATION:Â St. Paul Campus, In-Person OSS 4th Floor CISC Tutoring Lab
PAY RATE: $16.50 / hr
HOURS: 1.5-8 hrs / wk

JOB SUMMARY: The Department of Computer and Information Sciences is seeking student tutors to assist students enrolled in DASC 120 to better understand statistical concepts and solve problems using the appropriate statistical methods and software. Tutors will be required to work on-campus. The DASC department tutoring program operates during the Spring and Fall Semesters.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidates must have completed DASC 120 with a grade of "B" or better
- Candidates should be able to provide the name of a faculty member who can provide a positive recommendation.
- Candidates must be able to work within the hours of 5:30pm and 8:30pm during weekdays, and 4:00pm through 8:00pm on Sundays.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for student employment, St. Thomas students must be degree seeking at the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels.
