Due to continued business growth, Group 76 is excited to announce an opportunity to join the Roadside department as a Roadside Escalation Representative Senior!

In this Level 1 role, you’ll provide high-quality, end-to-end support for customers experiencing roadside events during a rental. As the first point of escalation after an initial assistance request, you’ll determine next steps, dispatch appropriate services (e.g., tow service, rental exchange), and monitor ongoing events to ensure continued support and resolution of post-roadside concerns. This position reports to Jeff Baumgarter, Business Support Supervisor.

This is a full-time, work from home opportunity, with shifts between 7:00am-10:00pm CST and may include weekends and holidays based on business needs. The training for this position will take place October 19, 2026 -Â November 6th, 2026 with a schedule of 8:00am-5:00pm CST, Monday-Friday, with full attendance required. The compensation range for this position is $23.46- $32.79.

Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and effective end-to-end support for roadside assistance requests escalated to the team through various communication methods; communicate effectively with customers to understand needs and document events per internal standardsÂ
- Apply problem solving skills, policy and procedure expertise to determine, dispatch and coordinate with service providers for appropriate services, offering alternatives and overcoming objections to effectively meet customer needsÂ
- Consistently monitor status of roadside events to proactively intervene with the vendor and/or customer, determining and coordinating appropriate next steps to support customer needsÂ
- Discuss/negotiate and authorize appropriate additional services to accommodate situations created by the roadside event and meet customer expectations (i.e. hotel stay, additional transportation expense, etc.)Â
- Provide vehicle management assistance to customers as needed (unlocking vehicles, geolocating vehicles, etc.)Â
- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal settingÂ
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctualityÂ
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedÂ
Qualifications
- Must be a current Enterprise Mobility employee with at least one year of Enterprise Mobility experience Â
- Must be willing and able to work in office in Weldon Spring, MO. (Must reside in MO.)
- Must have a “Meets Requirements” or above on most recent performance review Â
- Must be in good standing, with no written warnings issued in the past 12 months Â
