Home Time: Home every other weekend (48-hour reset) | Pay: $1,450–$1,850 per week

Regional freight stability and dependable scheduling give CDL-A truck drivers a practical combination of weekly earning potential, no-touch freight, and planned time at home. This full-time position pays $1,450–$1,850 per week with consistent opportunities to stay productive.

HWY Express is seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers who want reliable freight without loading or unloading responsibilities. Drivers work within an established regional network with occasional broader freight opportunities when needed.

Pay & Home Time

The position combines consistent weekly pay with scheduled time away from the road.

• Earn $1,450–$1,850 per week with CPM-based pay and weekly direct deposit
• Return home every other weekend for a complete 48-hour reset

This schedule provides predictable home time while allowing drivers to maintain productive mileage throughout the weeks they are out.

Freight & Routes

Drivers operate primarily east of I-35, with occasional freight throughout all 48 states based on demand. The broader network provides additional mileage opportunities while the primary operating area remains regional.

Drivers stay focused on driving while customers handle freight loading and unloading.

Equipment

Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner or Kenworth tractors designed for dependable over-the-road performance. Modern equipment provides a practical and comfortable setup for regional routes and longer runs when freight requires them.

Benefits and Driver Extras

Medical, dental, and vision coverage is available after 30 days. The benefits package also includes a 401(k) with a 4% company match after 6 months, $300 orientation pay for the 3-day program, and driver referral bonus opportunities.

Driver Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last 36 months; regional or local driving experience qualifies
