Sales Associate – Entry Level
Full-Time | In-Person | Training Provided
North Rising Star is adding to the team and looking for people who are confident, competitive, and comfortable working directly with customers.
You’ll start with hands-on training to learn our campaigns, approach, and sales process before putting those skills into practice in a face-to-face environment.
Starting With Us
Your first few weeks will focus on learning how to:
- Â Approach and engage new customersÂ
-  Understand the campaigns you’re representingÂ
- Â Present information clearly and confidentlyÂ
- Â Identify customer interest and respond to questionsÂ
- Â Develop stronger sales and communication techniquesÂ
- Â Work toward individual and team targetsÂ
As you become more confident, you’ll have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and continue developing within the team.

Previous sales experience can be an advantage, but it isn’t the deciding factor. We’re more interested in communication ability, attitude, and how someone approaches their work.
