North Rising Star is hiring Retail Sales Representatives to join our Minneapolis team.

What You'll Do
You'll work face-to-face with customers at retail and event locations throughout the Minneapolis area, representing current client campaigns.
Your day will involve:
- Starting conversations with customers
- Introducing current campaigns and explaining key information
- Identifying interest and answering questions
- Building rapport with different types of people
- Working toward individual and team goals
- Representing clients professionally throughout each interaction
What We're Looking For
You don't need extensive sales experience to be considered.
We're looking for people who are:
- Confident and comfortable talking to new people
- Friendly, professional, and reliable

- Quick to learn and open to feedback
- Comfortable working in an active, customer-facing environment

Previous retail, sales, or customer-facing experience can be helpful, but communication ability, attitude, and willingness to learn are what matter most.
