Operations Professional

Lunds & Byerly’s Operations Professional is a full-time training program designed to provide the skills, knowledge, and experience you need to build a successful leadership career on the Front End of our retail locations. Lunds & Byerlys strives to deliver a sensational shopping experience with hospitality at the core for customers and team members. We are looking for the next generation of leaders to continue our tradition of extraordinary food, exceptional service, and passionate expertise. After completion of this program, you should be prepared to take on a Front-End Manager position.

This program will have one cohort of six participants. The program begins on October 19th, 2026.

Lunds & Byerlys is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Operations Professional to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and during your time as a program participant, you will earn a competitive wage of $22.50. Upon successful completion of training program, you will earn $23.50/hour.

Schedule: This is a full-time, 40 hour a week opportunity. During the first three weeks in this position, your schedule will be Monday-Friday. Following the first three weeks, your schedule will mirror the experienced Front-End leader you are shadowing, which includes Monday-Sunday scheduling with opening, mid, and closing shifts. Schedules are provided two weeks in advance.

No formal experience required!

OPERATIONS PROFESSIONAL’S WILL:

• Spend time in our classroom training facility learning a variety of skills and knowledge from experts across the organization
• Travel to our support facilities to learn about product sourcing, innovation, and production.
• Travel to various Lunds & Byerlys locations to learn from and shadow different Front-End teams to understand our company culture, get to know our customers, and understand department operations.
• Master the skills and knowledge required to be an impactful Front-End leader at Lunds & Byerlys.
