Help Launch Avivo Village Central Minnesota Be Part of the Founding Team Opening in Fall 2026, Avivo Village Central Minnesota is bringing Avivo's innovative approach to ending homelessness to St. Cloud. As a Housing Operations Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in helping launch a brand-new program by ensuring residents have access to housing benefits, health insurance, coordinated entry assessments, and the administrative supports that help keep housing services running smoothly. This role combines housing support expertise, data management, resident engagement, and operational coordination. You'll work closely with residents, case managers, county partners, and leadership to help remove barriers and support positive housing outcomes. What You'll Do Coordinate Housing Support applications, renewals, and benefit-related paperwork Serve as a liaison between residents, county partners, and housing teams to resolve complex Housing Support issues Assist residents with health insurance enrollment and renewals as a Certified MNsure Application Counselor Conduct Coordinated Entry assessments and maintain required HMIS data Track referrals and communicate housing opportunities and status updates to staff and residents Maintain accurate resident records, data systems, and required documentation Support Housing Support billing, eligibility reviews, recertifications, and reimbursement processes Train and support staff on Housing Support requirements, documentation standards, and compliance practices Prepare reports, monitor data quality, and support program performance tracking Collaborate with residents, staff, and community partners to promote housing stability and positive outcomes QualificationsWhat You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Current MNsure Certified Application Counselor certification, or ability to obtain certification Minimum of three years of experience working with Housing Support, MNsure, public benefits, or related systems Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness Experience using electronic health record systems, preferably Credible Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and documentation requirements Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and communities HMIS and Coordinated Entry experience preferred What We Offer 32-hour full-time work week Medical Health plan Health Savings Account (HSA) Nice Healthcare: offers chat, video visits and in-home primary care visits Dental plan Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Basic Life/AD&D & Voluntary Life/AD&D Long term disability Option to purchase critical illness, accident insurance and short-term disability 401(k) Plan 10 Paid holidays & generous PTO How to Apply Submit your application online through Avivo’s Careers page at Avivomn.org.
