Position Overview

Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) with hands-on experience overseeing the daily operations of a homeowners’ associations. Proven ability to support Board governance, manage vendor and contractor performance, supervise onsite staff, and ensure compliance with governing documents and Florida Statutes. Strong communicator with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to community management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of assigned condominium or homeowners’ associations
  • Serve as primary liaison to Developer and Board Members and provide operational guidance
  • Coordinate and facilitate Board meetings, including agendas, reports, and follow-ups
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and maintenance personnel to ensure service quality and efficiency
  • Enforce community rules, regulations, and governing documents
  • Supervise onsite staff and support operational workflows
  • Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and administrative reporting
  • Respond to resident concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance community operations
  • Participating in ongoing training, meetings, and professional development activities
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

  • 2 years of Active Florida LCAM license required
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
  • 2 years of experience in community association management required
  • Strong knowledge of condominium and HOA operations and Florida Statutes
  • Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and administrative oversight
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software preferred, CINC software is a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
