As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will play a key role in keeping production on schedule, promoting a safe work environment, and driving process improvements across operations.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the manufacturing, assembly, testing, and shipping of systems and related equipment
- Assign and coordinate work for shop employees and team leads
- Implement policies and procedures while identifying opportunities to improve methods, equipment, operating processes, and workplace conditions
