YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a broad array of equipment across our properties, including:

• Split Systems
• Heat Pumps
• Air Handlers
• Gas Furnaces
• Window Units
• Light Commercial Rooftop Units

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable Transportation
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required)
• HVAC Certification Preferred
• Electrical, Plumbing, or Maintenance Experience is a Plus

SCHEDULE & WORK-LIFE BALANCE

Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a rotating on-call system. While overtime may be needed during peak demands or urgent situations, we prioritize work-life balance and actively work to minimize mandatory overtime.
