Position Summary The Construction Services Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient coordination within the department. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment nationwide. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the Operations Manager and team members with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and hard copy as required. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for construction staff when necessary. Assist in the preparation and tracking of departmental budgets and expenses as well as change orders. Track project schedule details as adjust internal resources. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely responses. Communicate with clients and vendors to schedule services, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships. Verify compliance with contract requirements. Assist with safety training, documentation, and site reporting. Coordinate inspections, permits, and project closeout require Assist in the coordination and scheduling of specialized construction cleaning services and projects. Maintain inventory records of cleaning supplies, equipment, and other operational materials. Assist with logistics/coordination of personnel & equipment for onsite projects and service deployments. Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. All other duties as defined by your supervisor Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role, preferably in operations or a service-oriented industry. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
