Commercial Groundskeeper
We are actively seeking a full-time/part-time groundskeeper position to grow our commercial department! Candidates must be able to drive to multiple locations throughout the day and accommodate seasonal transitions. We are looking for a candidate that is positive, independent and has clear communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining exterior spaces and common areas of commercial properties
- Excellent customer service when interacting with residents and coworkers
- Trash and debris removal
- Breezeway housekeeping
- Seasonal snow and ice removal
- Flower and tree maintenance
- Dog waste and cigarette butt removal
- Assisting Maintenance Tech with duties as needed
Compensation and classification are determined by Senior Manager and may be adjusted based on operational needs.
