Teachers Now is looking for reliable, caring, and motivated Substitute Teachers to join our team at SST Spring. This is a great opportunity to work with students, gain valuable classroom experience, and make a positive impact in both Special Education (SPED) and General Education classrooms.

Retired teachers and experienced educators are encouraged to apply!

What We Offer

• $90–$120 per day
• Flexible Monday–Friday scheduling

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 60+ college credit hours
• No teaching certification required
• Previous classroom or childcare experience is a plus
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working with students

Responsibilities

• Follow lesson plans and provide classroom support
• Support students in SPED and General Education settings
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
• Assist with classroom management and student engagement
• Supervise students during lunch, transitions, and activities
• Take attendance and communicate concerns to school staff
• Follow school policies and procedures

Schedule

Full Day: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Half Day: 7:30 AM–12:00 PM or 12:00 PM–4:30 PM
