Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:
- Oversee facility operations to keep the property running smoothly.
- Lead, train, schedule, and support colleagues while maintaining high standards for performance and service.
- Coordinate maintenance, construction, alterations, and capital projects to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Manage department programs, budgets, inventories, checklists, and financial controls to support efficient operations.
- Partner with contractors, vendors, and property leadership to coordinate projects and ensure operational needs are met.
- Communicate effectively across departments to coordinate planned work, share updates, and support seamless day-to-day operations..
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- 3ā5 years of relevant experience in facilities, engineering, hotel operations, or a related field, along with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills with the ability to coach, develop, motivate, and hold a team accountable.
- Excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and interruptions.
- Strong operational and technical knowledge of facilities operations.
- Strong business and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage budgets, inventory, projects, and operational decisions independently.
- A guest-focused, collaborative mindset with strong judgment, attention to detail, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to the Canyon Ranch mission.
