What You’ll do...
• Support the product lifecycle through product enhancements, issue resolution, testing, implementations, and new product initiatives
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements and evaluate opportunities
• Document business processes and product requirements
• Validate product functionality through testing activities
• Assist with product launches and implementation activities
• Support Treasury and Instant Payments products and services throughout the implementation and development lifecycle
• Collaborate with teams across customer service, operations, technology, compliance and legal, marketing, and pricing
• Help identify issues and support recommendations for improvement
• Prepare professional communications for customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Participate in team meetings and share information with coworkers
• Maintain accurate data within systems and applications
• Support ongoing product enhancements and business objectives

What You’ll bring...
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Payment Systems, ATM and Debit Card, telephone banking, ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, or Account Analysis experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers, customers, and supervisors
• Good attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Ability to learn new concepts and explain procedures or tasks to others
• Ability to prepare professional communications for customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Ability to interact with customers and provide accurate information in a professional manner
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• Ability to gather and review information to identify issues and support recommendations
• Basic understanding of computer systems, software applications, and cybersecurity best practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of databases and data management concepts is a plus
• Basic familiarity with SQL or willingness to learn database querying concepts is a plus
• Experience with COCC INSIGHT or Open Solutions is a plus
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software applications and business systems

Salary range for this role is $55,100-$74,500K per yearÂ
