In this hands-on position, you will work closely with production and quality teams to inspect products, identify opportunities for improvement, and help resolve quality concerns before they reach our customers. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence will contribute directly to product reliability and customer satisfaction.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Perform inspections throughout the manufacturing process to verify product quality and compliance.

  • Inspect units prior to customer final inspections.

  • Investigate quality concerns and support root cause analysis activities.

  • Assist in closing Quality Notifications (QNs) and tracking corrective actions.

  • Support customer issue resolution and follow-up activities.

  • Create, communicate, and maintain quality alerts across the production floor.

  • Participate in audits, procedure reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support training efforts and promote adherence to safety, quality, and standardized work practices.

Your Background

  • Experience in manufacturing, production, quality assurance, or a related environment preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to analyze issues and contribute to root cause problem-solving activities.

  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
