Responsibilities:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 聽Manage a caseload of participants and provide work readiness counseling and mentoring

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 聽Assess participant competencies, work history, education, skills, and barriers to employment

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 聽Conduct ongoing individual meetings related to job search, job retention, and job readiness

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 聽Develop individualized employment plans for short- and long-term goals

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 聽Maintain information on area resources and employers

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 聽Track participant accountability, attendance, and employment retention

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 聽Notify government agencies when a participant loses or reduces work hours

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 聽Maintain periodic contact to assess job retention and advancement issues

Requirements

Qualifications:
