We are seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team and play a key role in managing the company's accounting operations.

Position Summary

The Staff Accountant plays an important role in keeping our financial processes running smoothly. This position will assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, reporting, and other administrative and compliance-related tasks.

What You Will Do

• Process vendor invoices and customer payments
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Manage payroll processing and related reporting
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and other accounts
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
• Support tax filings, audits, and compliance requirements
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Help with administrative tasks, reporting, and special projects as needed

What We Are Looking For

• Accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to learn new systems and processes
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and other office software
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Notary commission, or willingness to obtain one after hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with accounting software
• Experience with ServiceTitan, Sage, or similar systems
• Experience in construction, service, HVAC, plumbing, or related industries
