Job DetailsJob Location: Solomon - Solomon, KS 67480About the Position We are looking for a dependable, motivated  Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for inventory movement, order fulfillment, packing and shipping, inventory counts, equipment operation, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse. The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and willing to work as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Accurately move, stage, and store inventory. Pick, fulfill, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Perform inventory cycle counts as needed. Complete required equipment and safety checks. Operate material-handling equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, propane forklifts, and reach trucks. Operate packaging equipment such as pneumatic staplers, foam machines, and nail guns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work with other team members and departments to complete daily tasks. Follow company safety policies and procedures. Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and equipment or safety concerns. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.   Qualifications Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred. Forklift/reach truck experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required. Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
