Spa Supervisor

Position Summary:

The Spa Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Spa Reception and Guest Services team while ensuring an exceptional luxury guest experience. This position oversees front desk colleagues, spa attendants, scheduling support, retail sales performance, guest communications, and administrative functions to ensure seamless spa operations. The Spa Front Desk Supervisor serves as a key leader within the Spa, maintaining the highest standards of service, professionalism, cleanliness, efficiency, and financial performance while supporting the Spa Director in achieving departmental goals.

The ideal candidate is a guest-focused hospitality professional with strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills who can effectively balance guest satisfaction, colleague development, and operational excellence.

  • Schedule: Flexible Schedule, Some Weekend. Nights, and Holidays

Duties

• Deliver and maintain exceptional guest service standards throughout all guest interactions.

• Create a welcoming, professional, and luxury-oriented environment for all guests.
• Resolve guest concerns, complaints, and service recovery situations promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all guest arrivals, departures, appointments, and retail transactions are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Anticipate guest needs and coordinate special requests, VIP amenities, group bookings, and customized experiences.
• Monitor guest feedback and recommend operational improvements to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Promote spa services, memberships, packages, retail products, and seasonal promotions.
