What Success Looks Like
- Maintains standards for food and beverage quality, presentation, handling, sanitation and safety
- Follows all appropriate policies and procedures
- Serves food and beverage to guests and provides quality customer service
- Advises guests, clients and team members on matters relating to food and beverage offerings
- Communicates directly with the Culinary and Stewarding teams during service to ensure proper client and guest service is being achieved
- Coordinates the timing of each course to correspond with the dining pace of the guests
- Assists in the acquisition of special equipment needed for banquet functions
- Conducts a briefing or “line-up” with team members at the beginning of each shift in order to keep staff informed of updates, changes and/or problematic situations
- Represents the lodge as the point of contact during events, acts as a liaison between guests and team members, responds and works to resolve guest issues and concerns as necessary.

What You Bring
- At least two years of experience in a high volume, quality banquet service operation; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Previous food & beverage supervisory experience
- Basic computer literacy in the Point-of-Sale system and the sales and catering computer application
- Must have current WA Food Handler Card and Class 12 MAST
