Discover Your Role:

Reporting to a Supervisor, Accounts Payable, this Accounts Payable Coordinator II will compile, record, and analyze accounts payable transactions, such as payment authorizations, check requests, purchase order requests, and bills. Checks work for accuracy and completeness. Interfaced with Materials, Finance and Administrative functions.

When & Where:

This role is a contract position approved through February 28, 2027. The position will sit onsite in our Sleepy Hollow, NY office 4 days per week.

What You'll Do:

  • Compiles, records, and analyzes routine accounts payable transactions.
  • Verify that all transactions comply with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain data entry of invoices in a timely manner.
  • Must be able to monitor and manage multiple queues in invoice workflow system.
  • Able to identify invoice issues and work with the Procurement and Receiving departments for resolution.
  • Must have knowledge of vendor set up and maintenance requirements (i.e. W9, W8, 1099 requirements).
  • Responsible for running multiple weekly, monthly, and annual reports to check for accuracy.
  • Have knowledge of invoice workflow/document scanning systems.
  • Experience with global vendors, foreign currency, VAT, and automatic tax withholding, etc.

  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite and Excel skills
  • Oracle preferred, but not necessary
  • Document scanning/imaging skills
