Your Role, Your Impact

  • Optimize manufacturing and maintenance processes for scalability across multiple projects and sites
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate reliability engineering into all phases of product development
  • Implement rigorous reliability testing and analysis to ensure system performance and minimize downtime
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in industrial engineering practices, leveraging new technologies
  • Share knowledge and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and operational excellence
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, or a related field (preferred),

  • Experience or understanding of Industrial / Reliability processes, principles, and tools such as RCM, FMECA, Fault Tree, and Reliability Predictions,

  • Knowledge of the rail sector and transportation equipment (preferred),

  • Familiarity with maintenance optimization practices and principles,

  • Experience in developing and introducing standardized engineering methods and procedures,

  • Power BI, Power Query, or similar data-analysis and visualization tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships while collaborating effectively across teams,

  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

Base salary range: $75,000 - $100,000
