Typical duties include but are not limited to:Ā Ā
Perform floor care work such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping, reconditioning, waxing, buffing, spot cleaning, carpet shampooing, and vacuuming.Ā
Operate floorĀ care machines to include powered pressure washer on various structures (e.g., sidewalks, streets, parking lots, etc.).Ā
Fill and empty mop buckets.Ā
Measure and mix chemicals.Ā
Construction clean-up,Ā to includeĀ cleaning up dust and debris during or after construction projects.Ā
Safely use andĀ maintainĀ basic personal protective equipment such as hardĀ hat, safety glasses, safety toe boots, hearing protection, and gloves.Ā Ā
Operate a motor vehicle to assigned work locations.Ā
Must complete andĀ submitĀ a āQuestionnaire for National Security Positions Standard Form (SF86)ā packet withinĀ 90 daysĀ of employment as applicable for secret clearance.Ā

Prior Floor Crew experience is preferred.Ā

Physical Requirements:Ā
Employees must have the ability toĀ performĀ the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or withoutĀ assistance. The physical demands of this position may beĀ reasonably accommodatedĀ for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis.Ā Ā Ā
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.Ā
May beĀ requiredĀ to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.Ā
Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also beĀ required.Ā Ā
Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.Ā

A valid state driverās license isĀ requiredĀ with the ability to obtain andĀ maintainĀ coverage byĀ TesseraāsĀ insurance.Ā
