We win together as one team.   As Inventory Analyst I, you will be responsible for ensuring orders are shipped on time and that KPIs for the Materials Team are met.   Reporting directly to the QAD Business Analyst, this position is based in Shreveport, LA.   This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work and reside in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina,  North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virgina, Wisconsin or Wyoming. Due to payroll, tax, and employment law requirements, applicants must be located in one of these states at the time of hire.     Duties & Responsibilities: People Coordinate with Material Handlers, Purchasing, Finance, Quality and Engineering Safety Wear all required personal protective equipment Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations Daily inspection of any equipment used to move material Quality Perform and manage cycle counts, transfers Implement ECO/PCO changes to inventory Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits Other tasks as defined to drive inventory accuracy Delivery Prepare and adjust production schedule to meet customer demand Support root cause investigations of inventory inaccuracies Maintain and update item data Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Quality and Shop floor leads to resolve material shortages, capacity conflicts and missing parts affecting schedules Ensure data integrity through regular audits, reconciliation of manual logs to system data, and documentation of data capture procedures Build out and report on KPI’s for Material Handlers Other duties as described to ensure on time delivery rates and inventory accuracy QualificationsEducation & Experience: Associate's Degree  2–4 years of experience in lieu of a degree   Skills & Abilities: Able to utilize ERP and ensure data accuracy Knowledge of location systems and inventory pull systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Create and maintain KPIs to ensure inventory accuracy and quality Strong skills with reporting tools (e.g. QAD, Excel, Power BI) Familiarity with Production scheduling and continued improvement plans a plus   Working Conditions: Ability to bend, stoop, kneel crouch Ability to work mandatory overtime, flexible hours, and/or overtime on short notice Safety sensitive Position PPE is required     Our Benefits: We believe that our people our one of our most valuable assets.
