Horne CDJR is looking for experienced ASE Master Technicians and Level 3 Stellantis Technicians to join our growing, high-volume service department.

If you're an experienced Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram technician with strong diagnostic and repair skills, this is an opportunity to join a professional team with excellent earning potential and significant sign-on and relocation incentives.

COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES

• $45–$60 per flag hour, based on experience and certifications
  
• $20,000 Sign-On Bonus
  
• $7,500 Relocation Reimbursement

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform advanced diagnostic, electrical, mechanical, engine, and transmission repairs
  
• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle concerns
  
• Complete recalls and warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
  
• Perform inspections and identify necessary repairs
  
• Follow Fix It Right the First Time standards
  
• Complete quality control checks and road tests
  
• Accurately document diagnostic findings and repairs
  
• Work closely with Service Advisors and other technicians
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• ASE Master Technician OR Level 3 Stellantis Technician
  
• Strong Stellantis/CDJR experience
  
• Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram dealership experience strongly preferred
  
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
  
• Engine and transmission repair experience
  
• Ability to efficiently diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems
  
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
  
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume shop
