Smoky Mountain Knife Works is seeking a reliable and energetic Whatnot Department Associate to support our livestream sales operations. This role combines warehouse fulfillment with live production support, making it ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, interactive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and ship customer orders in a timely manner
- Prepare products for livestream sales and ensure inventory is organized
- Operate computers, video boards, and related equipment during livestream events
- Assist livestream hosts by coordinating product flow and on-screen needs
- Engage with livestream viewers through chat and help facilitate a positive customer experience
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all safety procedures, especially when handling and lifting merchandise
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs
- Capable of standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills and comfort with technology (livestream tools a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with team members and customers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or livestream/production experience is a plus but not required
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling available
