VACATION RENTAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Are you the person everyone calls when something breaks? We should probably talk.

Mountaineer Cleaning & Maintenance is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to help keep our vacation rental properties running like they should.

You'll handle general repairs, inspections, troubleshooting, hot tubs, appliances, plumbing, Wi-Fi, minor HVAC issues, and the occasional "how did they even break that?" situation.

We're looking for someone dependable, experienced, comfortable with tools, and able to work independently. Minimum 2 years maintenance experience, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and weekend/holiday availability required.

Have HVAC experience? Even better. Tell us about it - we'll make it worth your while to join us.

Full-time W-2 position with company vehicle, tools and phone. Benefits available after 30 days, including PTO, sick time, 401(k) and health insurance assistance.
