Position Summary:

The Senior Partnership Alliance Manager will play a pivotal role in driving strategic collaborations that enhance business growth and market presence across the United States. This position is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing high-value partnerships that align with the company’s long-term objectives. The role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics and the ability to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that foster innovation and competitive advantage. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to execute partnership strategies, ensuring seamless integration and sustained value delivery. Ultimately, this role is critical in expanding the company’s ecosystem through strong alliances that contribute to revenue growth and brand strength.

  • Negotiation, relationship management, and strategic thinking are essential for daily interactions with partners and internal stakeholders to create and sustain valuable alliances.
  • Clearly articulate partnership benefits and align expectations across diverse teams. 
  • Assess partnership performance and market opportunities, ensuring data-driven decision-making. 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and legal knowledge enhance efficiency in managing partnership pipelines and contracts.
  • Leadership and project management for coordinating cross-functional efforts and driving initiatives to successful completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to foster collaboration and trust.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and support long-term business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product, and legal to ensure successful partnership execution and integration.
  • Monitor partnership performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to maximize the value derived from partnerships and address any challenges proactively.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities and risks.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or alliance management roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex partnerships and driving business growth.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Experience working within the technology or software industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM and partnership management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of legal and compliance considerations related to partnership agreements.
