The Trade Planning PM is responsible for defining the desired shopping experience across Protein, Center-Store Frozen, and Emerging Brands for our multi-banner events and promotional strategies, ensuring a cohesive customer journey. The PM establishes performance standards by defining the requirements for seasonal events, effectively balancing customer satisfaction with financial targets.

In this role, you will own planning programs and analytical mechanisms that inform seasonal event strategy, assortment decisions, and customer experience planning across Worldwide Grocery Stores. You will partner closely with Category, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain teams to develop scalable planning frameworks that improve how we select, merchandise, and present products to customers across our grocery formats.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong business judgment, analytical rigor, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments. You should be comfortable influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations, defining requirements for new programs and tools, and driving initiatives from concept through implementation. High judgment, analytical talent, and exceptional communication skills are essential for success in this role.




Key job responsibilities
Our environment is fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous. This requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams and other stakeholders.

On a day to day basis, you will:

• Own planning programs and mechanisms that support seasonal events and promotional strategies across Worldwide Grocery Stores.
• Partner with Category, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain teams to develop scalable planning frameworks that improve customer experience and business performance.
• Build data-driven selection guidance and category prioritization frameworks that help Protein, Center Store Frozen, and Emerging Brands teams determine the right products, categories, and customer experiences to feature across key seasonal events.
• Drive end-to-end program management, including problem discovery, requirements definition, stakeholder alignment, launch readiness, execution, and post-event analysis.
• Serve as a key liaison between Category and partner organizations, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on priorities, timelines, and business objectives.
• Develop business reviews, leadership updates, and strategic recommendations that influence planning decisions across the Protein, Center Store Frozen, and Emerging Brands organization. Basic Qualifications: - 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams Preferred Qualifications: - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
