We are seeking talented individualsĀ to join our Government Human Services Consulting (GHSC) team at Marsh People and Investments. This role will be based in Phoenix, AZ, Seattle, WA, Minneapolis, MN, or Atlanta, GA. This is a hybridĀ roleĀ that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.Ā Ā
Medicaid is a government-sponsored health insurance program in the United States designed to provide healthcare coverage to low-income individuals and families. As a consulting firm specializing in Medicaid, Marsh People and Investments GHSC teamĀ assistsĀ state governments inĀ optimizingĀ their Medicaid programs. Our team plays a vital role in managing and analyzing Medicaid claims data to enhance patient access to care, improve cost efficiency, and elevate the quality of services provided to these individuals. We will count on you to:Ā Ā
Utilize SAS in theĀ analysis of Medicaid claims data toĀ identifyĀ trends and insights that drive improvements in healthcare access and quality.Ā Ā
AssistĀ in the development of client communications, proposals, reports, spreadsheets, and presentationsĀ
Work on multifaceted projects to gain a better understanding of health care delivery systems, specifically government-sponsoredĀ healthĀ and welfare programs, such as Medicaid and MedicareĀ
ExcelĀ inĀ a fast-paced,Ā challengingĀ and dynamic consulting environment with colleagues across all organizational levelsĀ
Collaborate with a focused group of colleagues on smaller team-based assignments with opportunities toĀ participateĀ in larger scale client and industry projectsĀ
What you need to have:Ā Ā
A bachelorās degree with graduation year in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 and concentration in computer information sciences, economics, finance, mathematics, actuarial science, management information systems, statistics, supply management, public policy, public health, or a related analytical fieldĀ
ExperienceĀ utilizingĀ programmingĀ languageĀ such as SAS, Python, or SQLĀ
MinimumĀ GPA of 3.0 / 4.0Ā
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the futureĀ

Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeāWord, Excel, and PowerPointĀ

The applicable salary for this role is $68,000 in Phoenix and Minneapolis, $73,000 in Atlanta and Seattle.
