ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Dental Assistant to support our Prosthodontists and clinical team in delivering exceptional dental implant care. As part of a growing, mission-driven organization, you'll play a key role in helping patients restore their smiles, health, and confidence.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00/hour (based on experience and certification)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during prosthodontic, surgical, and implant procedures.
• Take and process x-rays, impressions, photographs, bite registrations, and other diagnostic records.
• Review medical histories, treatment plans, consent forms, and patient paperwork.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, pre-op/post-op instructions, and oral health.
• Coordinate medical clearances and communicate with physicians as needed.
• Collaborate with Prosthodontists, Oral Surgeons, Patient Education Consultants, and front office teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain sterilization, infection control, inventory, and operatory readiness.
• Support treatment acceptance and patient follow-up efforts.

Qualifications

• Current Dental Assistant certification as required by state regulations.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience required.
• Dental implant, prosthodontic, oral surgery, or hygiene experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
