Crew Member/assistant manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and provide excellent service.
• Accurately take customer orders, process payments, and handle cash transactions.
• Prepare and serve Dunkin’ beverages, food items, and products according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, dining area, workstations, and equipment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Restock supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels during shifts.
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and served promptly.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Work cooperatively with team members and assist other employees as needed.
• Support opening, closing, and daily operational procedures.
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally and notify management when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming, and positive environment for customers and employees.
