The Part-Time CDL Driver plays a vital role in supporting our mission by ensuring the safe and reliable transportation of Club members to and from Club sites, schools, and field trips. This position requires a safety-focused, responsible, and community-minded individual who is dedicated to creating a secure and supportive experience for all youth served. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:   CORE RESPONSIBILITES Transportation Operate Club vans and buses safely on assigned routes and schedules Transport members from schools to Club locations and on approved field trips Comply with all traffic laws and organizational driving procedures Safety & Vehicle Maintenance Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections (fluids, tires, safety equipment) Ensure all passengers are properly secured with seat belts or restraints Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle (sweep and inspect regularly) Report delays, accidents, or mechanical issues promptly   Member Supervision Assist members with safe loading and unloading Monitor behavior and enforce Club rules Report disciplinary issues to the Club Director Provide instruction on safety procedures to members Administrative Responsibilities Maintain accurate attendance and transportation records Communicate effectively with Club staff regarding schedules and incidents.
