JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for driving product success through strategic marketing, data-driven insights, and performance measurement. This role serves as the primary marketing owner for assigned products, developing go-to-market strategies, optimizing product growth, leveraging marketing automation, and providing actionable performance insights that support organizational objectives.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Serve as the primary marketing owner for assigned products and future product offerings.
  2. Develop and execute product marketing strategies that support growth, adoption, and profitability.
  3. Lead go-to-market planning and execution, including positioning, messaging, audience targeting, value proposition development, and channel recommendations.
  4. Evaluate product and campaign performance to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and increased customer engagement.
  5. Recommend and implement marketing strategies, promotional offers, cross-sell initiatives, and messaging enhancements.
  6. Define, maintain, and report on product and campaign key performance indicators (KPIs).
  7. Develop dashboards and reporting to track performance by product, channel, audience, and campaign.
  8. Translate marketing and customer data into actionable recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
  9. Serve as the primary administrator for marketing automation platforms and customer journey development.
  10. Design and optimize automated onboarding, cross-sell, retention, and re-engagement campaigns.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
  12. Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, brand standards, and internal policies.
  13. Other duties as assigned.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Post-high school education and/or two years of experience in marketing, product marketing, marketing analytics, digital marketing, business analysis, or a related field.
  2. Speak, read, and write English is essential.
  3. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related business applications.
  4. Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM, analytics, and reporting platforms preferred.
  5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organization, and project management skills.
  6. Effective oral and written communication skills.
  7. General areas of competency include decision making, dependability, ongoing development, interpersonal skills, prioritizing, problem solving, teamwork, self-sufficiency, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to learn and apply new technologies.
  8. Normal working days are Monday through Friday (40 hours). Some overtime (weekends, nights, and/or holidays) may be required by supervisor(s).
  9. Must be capable of working with and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  10. Ability to travel as needed.
  11. Valid driver's license.

 

Physical Requirements:

Light Work - exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Reaching, fingering, grasping, repetitive motions, stooping, crouching, standing, walking, lifting, climbing, kneeling, talking, hearing, pulling, pushing, thinking, concentrating and interacting with others.
