We're looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team at The Residency at Northfield in Scottsbluff. Whether you're an experienced SNF therapist or new to geriatric care, you'll have the support and autonomy to provide meaningful, one-on-one care without being micromanaged.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while maintaining consistency in team and company culture.

In This Role, You Will:

• Perform evaluations and deliver patient-centered treatment for geriatric residents

• Design and adjust care plans to ensure the highest level of clinical outcomes

• Collaborate with facility staff and IDT members to support overall patient care

• Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to PTA team members

We're Looking For:

• A licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in the state of Nebraska

• A clinician with strong communication skills, clinical judgment; a clinician who enjoys working with older adults and helping patients regain mobility, independence, and confidence

• Someone who is organized, self-directed, and thrives in a collaborative setting

• Prior SNF or geriatric care experience is a plus (but not required)
