Williams Auto Group is looking for an energetic, customer-focused individual to join our TEAM as a Service Advisor. This Automotive position plays an important leadership role within our Dealership and serves as a key connection between customers and our Service Department.

If you have strong communication skills, enjoy helping customers, and thrive in a fast-paced Automotive environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Our Dealership is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting both our employees and community.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and assist with Automotive service needs
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Prepare repair orders, estimates, and service recommendations
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process through phone, text, and email
• Coordinate with technicians and Service Department staff regarding vehicle repairs and timelines
• Schedule service appointments and maintain customer follow-up
• Recommend additional maintenance and Automotive services when appropriate
• Explain completed repairs, charges, and maintenance recommendations to customers
• Utilize Dealership software and mobile technology for customer communication and repair tracking
• Maintain accurate records while following federal and state regulations
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service experience
• Support Dealership operations and complete additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
• Previous customer service or Automotive experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and Dealership software systems
• Ability to multitask in a busy Automotive environment
• Professional attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
• ASE Certifications or Manufacturer Training preferred
• Valid Driver’s License required
