About the Role

As Clinic Lead, you will guide daily clinical operations and help create an environment where patients feel cared for and team members feel supported. Through coaching, collaboration, and clear communication, you will help your team deliver the quality care and welcoming experience that define ExperCARE.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily clinical activities, keeping the team organized, engaged, and focused on excellent patient care.

  • Champion a welcoming, compassionate experience for every patient, from arrival through the completion of their visit.

  • Coach, mentor, and motivate team members through hands-on guidance, clear expectations, and constructive feedback.

  • Delegate responsibilities based on training and demonstrated competency while reinforcing safe, consistent clinical practices.

  • Coordinate ongoing education and training to build clinical skills and team confidence.

  • Work closely with providers, team members, and leadership to maintain clear communication and continuity of care.

  • Anticipate clinic needs and maintain adequate supplies, medications, and inventory.

  • Monitor clinical checklists, logs, and quality control activities to support adherence to established policies and procedures.

  • Bring forward ideas to improve workflows and help implement approved changes.

  • Address challenges with professionalism, sound judgment, and a positive approach, following through to resolution.
