Starting Pay: $16 - $18.50 / hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, frequent weekends required (Saturday & Sunday)
Hours: 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM, frequent extended hours until 3:30 AM
As an Operator on the Production Team, you will play a crucial role in our projects by supporting our manufacturing process. The Operator is responsible for assembling parts by hand on a production floor, using tools and machines, and operating welding, assembly, and other various production machinery.

Position Description
- Production Team Members represent the largest percentage of the DSC Manufacturing team and are vital to our success.
- Production Team Members perform repetitive manufacturing duties supporting DSC Manufacturing's Assembly, Welding, Quality Control, and Conveyance production departments.
- Production Team Members must uphold company practices and policies in areas such as Safety, Standards of Conduct, Quality, Performance, and Communication.
- Production Team Members must adhere to processes and procedures associated with the Production Department for seat production.
- Production Team Members must utilize hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and jigs for assembly and material handling.
- Production Team Members must maintain a consistent work pace, utilize time effectively, and complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Production Team Members must adhere to 5S principles for a clean and organized work environment.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Work with small components for assembly on the seat frame and busbar.
- Contribute to a diverse team, working toward a common goal.
- Adjust to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solve and continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity.
- Perform equipment troubleshooting and preventative maintenance activities.

Requirements / Skills
- 18+ years of age at the time of application.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Able to perform essential job functions of varying manufacturing positions.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be willing and able to work Monday through Friday and weekends as required based on business needs.Â
- Willing to work daily and weekly overtime.
- Able to work fixed or rotating shifts (example: work a day shift and then an evening/night shift on a defined rotating schedule).
