As the LMSW, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

Identify barriers which impact optimal client functioning.
Acts as client advocate, promotes autonomy and champion’s client’s right to self-determination, incorporating client’s wishe
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.
Provide individual and/or family counseling to identified clients of the agency
Conduct assessments, make referrals, and respond to requests for emergency assistance when appropriate
Complete treatment plans, progress notes, insurance forms and other appropriate documentation as requested in a timely manner
Consult with the clinical supervisor on a regular basis regarding caseload activity

School-Based Social Worker Minimum Salary: $37.00

School-Based Social Worker Maximum Salary: $38.00

School-Based Social Worker Schedule: Per Diem - up to 19 hours a week.

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Social Work in related field OR LMSW certification
1 years of relevant experience - we will train you!
Valid driver’s license, proof of current car insurance and registration and access to a reliable, working vehicle
