Overview
The Maintenance Technician helps maintain the grounds, facilities, and amenities of the Condominium and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Responsibilities
Position Summary
Must be able to speak and understand English.
Must have drywall repair experience.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as needed.
Approximately 95% of this position is performed outdoors.
Typical duties will include painting and pressure washing.
Qualifications
Education/Training/Certifications/Licenses:
High school diploma or equivalency preferred.Â
Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
Must have drywall repair experience.
Computer literacy:
Not required.Â
Language requirements:
Must be able to speak and understand English.
Availability requirements:
Tuesday through Saturday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 50lbs. following appropriate safety procedures.
Working Conditions:
Approximately 95% of this position is performed outdoors.
