  • Lead the annual planning and forecasting processes for operating costs, headcount, workforce requirements, and capital expenditures.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and meaningful monthly and quarterly financial reporting, analysis, and business insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance against plans and forecasts, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  • Influence operational and investment decisions through financial analysis, scenario modeling, performance evaluation, and clear, data-driven recommendations.
  • Translate complex financial and operational information into practical insights that help leaders evaluate priorities, allocate resources, and achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain strong financial controls, compliance standards, and governance processes that support operational excellence and effective risk management.
  • Serve as the program lead for key finance and operational initiatives, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Provide leadership and support talent development across the finance team, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting capabilities, and business intelligence through automation, innovative technologies, and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Typically, 10–12+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, operational controlling, or a related discipline.
  • Recognized subject-matter expertise in financial planning, forecasting, performance management, cost management, and strategic decision support, with a demonstrated ability to influence outcomes at the group or business-organization level.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, R&D, technical operations, or another complex, cost-based global organization is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success serving as a trusted financial advisor to senior business leaders and translating broad business strategies into structured financial plans, insights, and actionable recommendations.
