What will I be doing?
- Performing bank and credit card reconciliations, managing general ledger entries, and preparing financial statements
- Handling full-cycle payroll including quarterly filings, W-2s, and 1099s
- Managing accounts payable and receivable functions, including payment processing and deposits
- Conducting trust accountings and financial data analysis to support client operations
- Implementing tailored accounting processes based on client needs
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records, including invoice coding and client file setup
- Supporting accounting staff with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and vendor communications
- Collaborating with clients to understand their financial needs and provide customized solutions
What skills and knowledge should I have?
- Minimum of 4 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience preferred
- Associate’s degree or equivalent; CPB and QBO ProAdvisor certifications are highly valued
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Online, including consulting and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of accounting practices and rules
- Effective time management and ability to handle multiple engagements
- High level of accuracy in data entry and financial documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional integrity and ability to handle confidential information

Pay range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
