We Are Looking For
The Production Technician is responsible for guiding production and assisting procurement in identifying the necessary bill of materials for each build. They will maintain regular communication with relevant departments to ensure exceptional product quality.Â

What You’ll DoÂ
As a Production Technician, you’ll be responsible for:Â
- Manage a production team to successfully complete projects that range in complexityÂ
- Evaluate and assess each opportunity for capability, feasibility, and risk using firsthand knowledge, documentation, and management insight.Â
- Verify governing specifications, ensuring the most current drawings or specifications are obtained.Â
- Identify all project requirements, including quality notes, testing, approvals, and first article requirements.Â
- Determine special length or put-up requirements, requested quantities, and delivery schedules.Â
- Collaborate with procurement and product teams to obtain current cost and availability for raw materials and specific requirements (e.g., testing, first articles, special links, qualification approvals).Â
- Accurately estimate the manufacturing time required for cable production.Â
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED (Associates degree preferred)Â
- Good aptitude for Math and LogicÂ
- 3+ years of experience in Production OperationsÂ
- Must be able to build relationships and work with othersÂ
- Highly self-motivatedÂ
- Excellent written and oral communication skillsÂ
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, and email softwareÂ
- Ability to function in high-pressure situationsÂ
- Excellent interpersonal skillsÂ

- U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.Â
- ITAR RequirementÂ
- 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.Â
