American Express National Bank (AENB) is American Express' U.S. banking operation serving consumer and small business customers with payments, financing, and deposit products that account for more than 65% of the company's revenues.  AENB HQ supports the administration of AENB programs, helping ensure its safety and soundness while driving greater effectiveness, efficiency and consistency across the enterprise through governance, strategic planning, control management, program management, and regulatory functions.

The Manager, Affiliate Management Quality Assurance (QA), will support the Enterprise and AENB affiliate management programs through the execution and ongoing enhancement of a centralized QA program. The role will perform risk-based QA activities across the third-party risk management lifecycle to assess the effectiveness, consistency, and quality of the affiliate management program execution and adherence to established requirements. This role will partner closely with the affiliate management teams and internal stakeholders and affiliate partners to provide objective assessment of affiliate management activities and documentation to help ensure program execution is aligned with applicable policies, procedures, governance standards, and regulatory expectations, including Regulation W and the Interagency Guidance on Third-Party Relationships: Risk Management.

This position requires strong management, collaboration, analytical and communication skills, as the role regularly interfaces with cross-functional business partners, governance teams, and senior leadership.
