Job DetailsLevel: ManagementJob Location: San Jose HQ - San Jose, CA 95131Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $173,915.00 - $221,965.00 Salary/yearJob Category: FacilitiesCalifornia School Employees Association Director, Facilities and Office Services - San Jose, CA   The Facilities Director plans, directs and manages maintenance and security of Association facilities, offices and property.  This position purchases supplies, services and equipment for CSEA offices and buildings.     The California School Employees Association (AFL-CIO) represents over 250,000 classified school employees who work in 750 school districts in California, making it the largest independent classified school employee union in the country. Our members are paraeducators, administrative and clerical workers, food service, bus drivers, groundskeepers, and maintenance and trades. Our mission is to improve the lives of our members, students and community.  We are dedicated to expanding the rights of classified school employees by securing benefits, pensions, protections and funding for the service they provide.  CSEA is nearing its 100th year, we are proud to continue operating as an organization with a strong purpose, that is stable and offers generous benefits to our employees. This key position is highly visible, reports to the Executive Director, and works closely with senior management and Association officers.
