Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with founders, CEOs, CROs, CTOs, COOs, and senior leadership teams of Israeli-founded startups and digital native companies in NYC and across the U.S.
- Act as a Microsoft business owner and connector for selected high-growth Israeli startups, helping them engage the right Microsoft teams, programs, platforms, and executives.
- Own and grow a quota-carrying business across Azure, AI, marketplace, co-sell, partner, and strategic commercial motions.
- Identify and advance new business opportunities with Israeli digital native, ISV, SaaS, AI, cybersecurity, fintech, and enterprise software companies.
- Support account teams in Israel and the U.S. by strengthening executive relationships, accelerating pipeline velocity, and helping advance strategic deals.
- Drive partnerships with customers around Azure, AI, Microsoft Marketplace, MACC, co-sell, enterprise GTM, and global expansion.
- Help founders and leadership teams understand how to build, sell, and scale with Microsoft.
- Coordinate cross-functional Microsoft engagement across Enterprise Commercial, Global Partner Solutions, engineering, product groups, business development, marketplace, customer success, solution architects, and deal teams.
- Develop repeatable engagement motions for Israeli startups expanding into the U.S. market.
- Represent Microsoft in relevant Israeli tech ecosystem forums, founder networks, VC circles, startup events, and partner engagements.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the Israeli startup landscape, key founders, investors, growth-stage companies, and strategic ecosystem trends.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, business development, partnerships, or account management experience with technology companies, startups, ISVs, SaaS companies, cloud platforms, or enterprise software.
- Proven ability to engage and influence founders, C-level executives, and senior commercial or technical decision makers.
- Deep understanding of the Israeli startup ecosystem, especially Israeli-founded companies operating in New York and the U.S.
- Strong network across founders, executives, investors, ecosystem leaders, and startup operators.
- Experience driving revenue, strategic partnerships, pipeline development, or complex commercial opportunities.
- Ability to operate across multiple internal and external stakeholders and create alignment in a matrixed environment.
- Strong executive presence, relationship-building skills, commercial judgment, and follow-through.
- Fluent English; Hebrew fluency strongly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, AI, cloud platforms, enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity, fintech, data, or developer platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Marketplace, co-sell, partner ecosystems, ISV motions, or hyperscaler startup programs.
- Prior quota-carrying sales experience.
- Experience working with Israeli startups expanding into the U.S. or global enterprise markets.
- Existing relationships with Israeli founders, VCs, accelerators, and tech ecosystem leaders in New York and the U.S.
Account Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,000 - $222,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $170,300 - $239,800 per year.
