  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to translate product strategy into intuitive experiences.

  • Define and maintain design systems and visual standards to ensure consistency and scalability.

  • Balance business goals with user needs, prioritizing work that drives adoption, engagement, and product delight.

  • You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates design thinking, problem solving, and polished visual execution across complex workflows.

  • You excel at cross-functional collaboration and communicate clearly with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

  • You’re curious about how AI reshapes user interaction and excited to design experiences where human judgment and machine intelligence converge.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for data-intensive enterprise products or B2B platforms.

  • Background in UX research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into measurable product improvements.

Why F2?

  • Join a fast-growing AI startup reshaping workflows in private markets and finance.

  • Competitive compensation with equity upside and benefits.

  • Collaborative, mission-driven culture that values craftsmanship, curiosity, and rapid iteration.
